Recently the fusion between Man and Machine has made advances in heretofore unexpected increments: At the smallest level, communication between the human nervous system and man made components of extraordinary technical complexity has already begun. Neuro-chips and implants interact with living nerve cells, reading and interpreting their electrical impulses. Is this the penultimate step in the symbiosis of Man and Machine into the so-called Cyborg?
